This would be a good story to write about. I could expand on the smaller parts that he talked about in the story. From the rice he went all the way to his kid and how he would kick his wife if he did not listen to him. He got what he deserved in the end by kicking the pot of rice as he was imagining kicking his wife. All he was doing thinking about the future rather than trying to make his present better by working hard.
